Precautions before starting:

1, the diesel generator is not allowed to start before the pre-start inspection and start preparation work, the operation mode selection switch should be in the "OFF" position。

2, diesel generator start or put into operation mode selection switch, should check the battery charging power supply, control, signal system power supply, cooling water temperature control, air system, fuel system, lubricating oil system input normal。

① Close the battery charging power supply, check that the charging source is red light and the battery voltage is about (24V-30V), and the capacity of the battery set should meet the power consumption of the unit for 9 consecutive starts。

② Check the cooling water temperature heater power input and the red light on。

③ Check the oil level of the indoor fuel storage tank (which should meet the oil storage capacity of the unit under full load and continuous operation for 8 hours), and open the diesel generator into the throttle。The oil transmission mode is manual。

④ The fuel system should exhaust air before starting, otherwise it will affect the engine can not start normally。
